More about e-mail messages under Felipe VI: A message to the UN about democracy intercepted … Faked? last Sept. (Sept. 14, 2024) in Santiago de Compostela?

i) On September 14, 2024,  after many, too many attempts, I finally managed to send a message with only some of what I intended to express to some UN body and got a receipt on my complaint submitted to the   “Complaint Procedure of the Human Rights Council” and, that’s what it seems, a reference: WHRC/10104.

  • That “per se” is somewhat weird. WHRC/10104 was the reference number the system assigned to my “submission”, the reference I also got when I filed my “text” in a seemly “right” place of the UN.
  • BUT: There’s not “W” in the HRC. After asking, a lot of times, to that Generative Pre-trained Transformer aimed towards “Electronic Conversations”, “CHATS”, by OPEN AI, Chat GPT, the only real enemy of these guys here, Chat told me “W” could only mean “WOMEN”: “WOMEN HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL”. I must have entered my “query” in the wrong place, then. But the receipt mentions all the rest: “COMPLAINT PROCEDURE OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL”

This “reception” by the UN sth. BODY included an address, etc, and 3 attached files:

Further details of the e-mail, here:

ii.A) AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS (at 11:36 AM) I ANSWERED THAT E-MAIL ABOUT THE “RELIABILITY” OF THAT SUBMISSION, THIS WAY:

“OK. I’ve been having lots of issues with my devices, a lot. I’d like to beelieve there won’t be problems in getting e-mails from the Council. My e-mail works erratically. Some of them disappear and reappear, or not, again. Entering my account for a second time was an ordeal. What’s my user name there? My password is the title of a song of Bob Dylan, quoting Hamlet. I’ve been chatting with ChatGPT about my complaint. Neither of us knew what W meant in the acronym. Chat was acquainted with a Women Human Rights Council, I bet for W(orld) or W(ork).

I won’t enter in (sic) that account anymore, I think there’s the basics (sic?), but I didn’t like that my links etc weren’t there. Can you provide a reliable process for acceding (sic) at my showy account at the WHRC, App. Told Chat about the weird UN ad you attached, thought, like me it was out of place. Look forward for your answer.

ii.B) This answer  (Sept. 14, 2024, 11:36 AM) was inmediately dealed with by a message from the Mail Delivery Subsystem <mailer-daemon@googlemail.com> to me:

I could write a full encyclopedia, illustrating it with all kind of examples like those.

Just now, this is how it looks my “SENT MAIL” FOLDER: YEAH, “SENT”, “Enviados” at the left of the interface, above:

III) And final: That WHRC/10104 submitted text as “complaint” “(succesfully) sent to the Complaint Procedure  of the Human Rights Council” was this. I won’t check if it matches with anything in Notes here. It was brief, rather polite. It would have do. But it never got the right place.

Yeah, it was brief, quite polite. Didn’t arrived anywhere.

A last minute idea: Art. 149 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 (it’s useful to read it, I wonder what kind of “constitionalism” support Spanish Conservatives), point 27º states: “The Spanish State  (not the Autonomous Communities, 17) is in charge (Art. 148 and 149 are all about that, what’s the difference between the Spanish State and the Autonomous Communities regarding laws, competences, all that) of setting the basic rules for written press, radio and TV, and also, broadly speaking, (the basic rules)   of every media of social communication, with no offence to what for (those rules’) development and their putting in force may correspond to the Autonomous Communities (17)”.

The text I find most useful at the Spanish Congress, with an overview of how to deal with its contents, signed by experts, and bibliography is this one.
